Rely
Rely forms US LLCs, organizes company documents, and gives founders a Spanish-first operating layer for banking, payments, compliance, and agent-assisted next steps.
Visit websiteThe problem
In 2023, we've been helping freelancer friends start a business in the US to receive payments from abroad as it was a very painful process in Argentina. We realized that the process was very tedious and time consuming, and that there was no clear operating layer for paperwork, banking, payments, and compliance. On top of that, most clients did not know they could open a US business without being a US citizen, so we built Rely to turn that path into a guided product instead of scattered instructions.
The solution
Rely now combines a public acquisition site, pricing flow, formation wizard, customer dashboard, document organization, and operational guidance. The product keeps the founder oriented: what has been formed, what needs input, what can be automated, and where a human should review before the next action.
Rely's platform
The strongest direction is not more paperwork. It is a company runtime: formation, registered agent, reminders, document state, payment readiness, tax/compliance prompts, and agent-assisted workflows that prepare actions while the founder stays in control.
Agent-assisted operations
Rely is moving toward agents that can draft next steps, summarize missing requirements, prepare operational tasks, and explain why an approval is needed before touching payments, documents, or company data. The interface has to make automation legible, reversible, and accountable.
The team
Rely is built by a small team focused on the parts that compound: product clarity, reliable backend workflows, founder support, and a better operating surface for cross-border entrepreneurs. My work spans product, engineering, systems design, and the agent layer that can make the company lifecycle easier to operate.
