Founded in 2023, Rely is a startup that aims to help people start and manage their businesses. With the goal set on automating processes as well as introducing AI to rethink boring tasks, we are developing a platform that will allow users to forget about the paperwork and focus on what matters.

The problem
In 2023, we've been helping freelancer friends start a business in the US to receive payments from abroad as it was a very painful process in Argentina. We realized that the process was very tedious and time consuming, and that there was no platform that could help you with all the paperwork and legal stuff. On top of that, most of our clients were not aware that they could open a US business without being a US citizen, so we decided to create a platform that would help them with that and also educate them on the process.
The solution
We started by creating a platform that would allow users to create a US business in a few steps, and then we added a dashboard where they could manage their business. We also added a blog where we would educate our users on the process of starting a business, and a marketplace where they could find services that would help them with their business. Although the project is just starting and we are still working on it, we are very excited about the future of Rely and the impact it will have.
Rely's future
In the next 5 years, Rely should offer solutions for LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, and Non-Profits. We also want to offer a marketplace where users can find services that will help them with their business. We are also working on expanding beyond the US and UK, and we want to offer our services in other countries as well. Branches of Rely will be created to support marketing and software development solutions, so clients can find everything they need in one place.
Platform design
The Rely platform was designed with simplicity in mind. Users can easily navigate through the process of starting their business, accessing their documents, and managing their company. We focused on creating a seamless experience that removes the complexity of traditional business formation.
The team
Rely was founded by Franco and I, and now we have already added 2 developers, a project manager and worked along an agency to create the brand and the website. Our focus lays on creating a great product with just the necessary people. We are leveraging AI to automate processes and make the platform as easy to use as possible.
